Young professionals tend to buy apartments in the Briarcliffe area. Madison Valley and Capitol Hill are also good places to look although even smaller residences there can be over $300,000. Madison Valley is well known for its restaurants, in particular its French cuisine, which attracts a younger professional clientele.
